17/ 06/ 2020
Remote work has become a serious challenge for many companies. Thus, in the conditions of quarantine it was necessary to restructure the working processes in a new way completely. That is why, the purpose of the online meeting of the EBA Odesa HR HUB on June 17 was to discuss the prerequisites for maximum staff motivation. However, some companies noted that one part of team members now don’t crave for return to the office and demonstrate excellent efficiency, working in their own homes, - mentioned at the beginning of the meeting Kateryna Morozova, Head of the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office and moderator of the discussion. So what really affects productivity and efficiency? And how to create a cohesive team that will work effectively even outside the office? Answers to these and many other questions were highlighted by Anastasia Levdikova, partner of Harrison Assessments in Ukraine, Founder of the educational agency Master, personnel management consultant. In particular, the participants of the meeting learned about the statistics of the quarantine impact on people, productivity and efficiency of work outside the office, motivation and the ways to increase it. They also talked about the values of companies and teams, and the ability of individual employees to work remotely. Moreover, a pleasant surprise of the meeting was the direct inclusion from the UK of Charles May, an international consultant, trainer well known for his expertise in talent management and organizational consulting, who spoke more about Harrison Assessments instruments. We hope that the usefull advices of experts will be helpful to you, despite the fact that adapting to the new format of interaction is not so easy, it opens up tremendous opportunities for  companies around the world!
