European Business Association

We are inspired by EU values. We work to make Ukraine a better place for business.

Established in 1999, the EBA provides a forum in which members can discuss and find solutions to common problems affecting business in Ukraine. This initiative was initially supported by the European Commission and has grown to become one of the largest and most influential business communities in the country.

With more than nine hundred members, the European Business Association (EBA) is the largest premier union of businesses operating in the Ukrainian market.

If you are looking for a high quality government relations advisor, an accelerator in building meaningful relationships with the government, or a guide to your fellow businesspeople in Ukraine, the EBA is the place to be. We have relationships with numerous big-name companies to truly provide the best of the best for our members.

The widely-recognized top-notch activities of the EBA include:

  • protecting the interests of foreign and domestic investors at the highest state level;
  • promoting leading businesses with their peers and nurturing close contacts between them;
  • helping businesses make their mark on the Ukrainian map with PR opportunities;
  • providing member-companies with full-scale comprehensive information about what’s going on in the country and its regulatory environment.
  • The EBA allows for an expansive reach through our web of connections throughout the whole country – with offices located in the largest business spots – Kyiv, Kharkiv, L’viv, Odesa and Dnipro. Donetsk companies are united in Working Group on Assisting Business in ATO Area.

There are even great development opportunities for you and your employees – we use the best coaches and mentors to help develop the professional talent in your company.

The EBA has it all – not only does it offer a great networking and lobbying platform and personal advice on a national scale, the organization also contributes to the EU-Ukraine relationship and cooperation.

We’re the ultimate toolbox for entrepreneurs.

1. How can my company join the lobbying activities of the Association?

Every EBA member has the right to protect its interests in the regulatory sphere with the help of the Association’s Lobbying. Our lobbying activities are based on a system of committees. Every committee aims to solve a specific problem facing an industry or sector. Committees of the Association incorporate representatives of EBA members in order to discuss issues relating to areas of interest, and also to identify and promote common ground for overcoming obstacles to doing business in Ukraine. By joining a Committee, your company has the right to initiate and be engaged in direct dialogue with the Ukrainian authorities, share knowledge and experience, receive information about new technologies and trends in business development, products and services in the relevant markets.
