European Business Association

We are inspired by EU values. We work to make Ukraine a better place for business.

Established in 1999, the EBA provides a forum in which members can discuss and find solutions to common problems affecting business in Ukraine. This initiative was initially supported by the European Commission and has grown to become one of the largest and most influential business communities in the country.

With more than 1000 members, the European Business Association (EBA) is the largest premier union of businesses operating in the Ukrainian market.

If you are looking for a high quality government relations advisor, an accelerator in building meaningful relationships with the government, or a guide to your fellow businesspeople in Ukraine, the EBA is the place to be. We have relationships with numerous big-name companies to truly provide the best of the best for our members.

The widely-recognized top-notch activities of the EBA include:

  • protecting the interests of foreign and domestic investors at the highest state level;
  • promoting leading businesses with their peers and nurturing close contacts between them;
  • helping businesses make their mark on the Ukrainian map with PR opportunities;
  • providing member-companies with full-scale comprehensive information about what’s going on in the country and its regulatory environment.
  • The EBA allows for an expansive reach through our web of connections throughout the whole country – with offices located in the largest business spots – Kyiv, Kharkiv, L’viv, Odesa and Dnipro. Donetsk companies are united in Working Group on Assisting Business in ATO Area.

There are even great development opportunities for you and your employees – we use the best coaches and mentors to help develop the professional talent in your company.

The EBA has it all – not only does it offer a great networking and advocacy platform and personal advice on a national scale, the organization also contributes to the EU-Ukraine relationship and cooperation.

We’re the ultimate toolbox for entrepreneurs.

All EBA members adhere to the highest ethical standards in doing business. We respect and follow a zero tolerance to corruption policy.

We promote fair and transparent competition, respect intellectual and other property rights. We encourage compliance with the rule of law at all times.

We respect and promote fair, open and meaningful relationships between business and the government and between our members.

People are our greatest asset – we say it often and with good reason. We care for people. We have a burning passion for talent. We respect human rights, health, safety and equal opportunities at work.

We do our best to protect our members’ interests – individual or collective – on the highest nation-wide scale. We nurture meaningful relations with the government to assure our members are protected and safeguarded.

We are smart and proactive. Every single day we think creatively to turn ideas into tangible results.

The EBA Culture Book

We devoted a lot of time to form the Association's culture book.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with our key values that inspire us and encourage to grow.
