The Coordinator of the Management Development Center

The Coordinator of the Management Development Center plays an important role in the coordination and development of the team in the performance of various tasks related to training and development of the business community. This position involves the organization, coordination, and implementation of training programs and initiatives. The coordinator works closely with team members to ensure the smooth execution of training programs, support of learning management systems, and promotion of a positive learning experience for employees of the Association’s member companies.

Responsibility:

  1. Negotiations with potential speakers/trainers and detailed discussion with them of the target audience, content and announcement of the educational event
  2. Communication with speakers/trainers in order to clarify the content, notification of the list of registrants, discussion of organizational points of the event, testing of the presentation before the performance, which takes place by phone, via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  3. Creation of promotional publications to promote programs (trainings) in social networks
  4. Placing and coordinating/updating announcements of educational events on the website and in social networks
  5. Development of a content plan, work with graphic editors; creating visual layouts in Canva.com
  6. Initiating the creation of new programs based on observations of current trends and preferences of participants
  7. Search for new tools for attracting participants to the educational activities of the Management Development Center (through communication with non-member companies, Facebook advertising and media representatives);
  8. Creation and expansion of the base of trainers with whom cooperation has been established for planning future activities.
  9. Meetings with new employees of the Association in order to present the activities of the Management Development Center
  10. Meetings with potential member companies within the framework of meetings of the membership and partnership department in order to demonstrate the activity and activities of the Management Development Center.
  11. Ensuring effective use of resources and responsible financial management of projects.
  12. Monitoring and evaluating the results of educational programs for the purpose of continuous improvement

Requirements: 

  • Higher education; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Previous work experience (2-4 years) in the field of education is an advantage.
  • Fluent  English, Ukrainian (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in MS Office Standard and excellent Internet and e-mail skills (MS Outlook)
