    Is it possible to avoid conflicts in personal and business relationships? Thus, conflicts accompany humanity throughout its existence. It is an extreme form of contradiction that can be controlled. So, it is necessary to distinguish types of behavior in conflicts, their phases, signs and strategies for managing them. We considered these issues in question at a regular meeting of the EBA Odesa Psychology in Effects. Nataliia Yurhanova noted that the solution and overcoming of intrapersonal contradictions throughout a conflict helps to build a character, will and the whole mental life. This can be achieved by applying the basic methods of conflict management - facilitation and mediation.
