Perfect PR intends to buy out creative agencies of Western Ukraine

  The Public Communications agency Perfect PR announced its intention to partially or fully buy out creative companies in Western Ukraine and is negotiating the purchase of several agencies operating in the PR, SMM and Digital. There is a big number of project requests in the Western regions, Perfect PR tells. At the same time, the agency considers this as a challenge due to the peculiarities of the labor market and the lack of specialists. In most cities, there are absent media companies providing comprehensive communications services in Western Ukraine. Perfect PR therefore decided to go through the merger and acquisition of other creative companies in order to quantitatively and qualitatively scaling the business. The merger process will take place in a transparent manner, in line with best practices in M & A. The main criteria for Perfect PR are successful cases of creative teams, the perfect possession of digital tools, understanding the trends of the communication market and the media market of Ukraine. Also the experience of managing marketing and PR projects for 5 and more years is important. The advantage is the developed platform for the implementation of digital activities.
