Kredobank has entered into the finance partnership with CHN Industrial

  Kredobank and CNH Industrial Capital, the financial services business of CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI /MI: CNHI), has entered into a preferred partnership agreement to further launch a vendor sales program in Ukraine, which allow agricultural and construction companies to purchase Case IH, New Holland Agriculture and Case Construction Equipment in credit and leasing on favorable financial conditions. The signing of the partnership agreement was announced at the Autumn Business Forum taken place in Lviv on September 24, 2020. The vendor program has an aim to finance small, medium and corporate businesses and individual entrepreneurs who want to purchase new agricultural and construction machines manufactured by CNH Industrial Agricultural & Construction Equipment brands in Ukraine. The program will be implemented directly through the CNH Industrial brands’ dealer network in Ukraine, which has about 10 sellers throughout the country. The program will include the most competitive interest rates from Kredobank in both hryvnia and foreign currencies (USD dollar and Euro) as well as simplified procedures and approaches to customers’ financing. In additional, the Ukrainian companies will be offered special promotional offers with discounts for certain models of machines, which will allow Ukrainian business to develop and modernize their fixed assets. “It’s a step forward to support our agricultural brands in Ukraine, introducing the possibility to also provide our retail customers with finance and leasing solutions.
