The main parameters include: CO2 concentration air temperature humidity level oxygen content, etc. It is the balance of these parameters that creates healthy and comfortable conditions for living in a home. According to WHO recommendations and Ukrainian sanitary standards, the optimal temperature for residential spaces is considered to be +20–22°C during the cooler months and 25–26°C during the warmer months. A high room temperature can cause discomfort, fatigue, and a decrease in energy levels, while a low temperature can lead to hypothermia and an increased risk of colds. Another equally important factor is relative humidity. A level between 40% and 60% is considered optimal for indoor spaces. High humidity can lead to mold on walls and condensation on windows.
