WINHUB and White Star Real Estate signed a commitment letter on the joint development of a logistics park worth about 80 million US dollars, which will be located in the village of Mriya, Kyiv region

30/ 06/ 2026
The Commitment Letter on the joint development of the logistics park was signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdansk. The signing ceremony was attended by Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine; Ruslan Shostak, founder and co-owner of WINHUB; Peter Huntley, CEO of White Star Real Estate. The project is expected to begin this year, subject to all necessary regulatory approvals. Ukrainian warehouse developer WINHUB and White Star Real Estate, a leading real estate developer and operator in Central and Eastern Europe, have joined forces to build a class “A” industrial and logistics park in the village of Mriya, Kyiv region. The project, which will cover an area of approximately 90,000 square meters and involve a total investment of approximately $80 million, will be implemented in five phases on an 18-hectare site. The first phase of the project will include the construction of approximately 20,000 square meters of warehouse space and is currently scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. The complex is strategically located 7 km from Kyiv, along the E40 Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway, providing direct access to key transport corridors connecting Kyiv with Western Ukraine and the European Union. It is expected that international financial institutions and contractors will join the project. In recent years, URC has truly become one of the largest platforms for signing international partnerships aimed at developing the Ukrainian economy. On the example of the WINHUB and White Star Real Estate agreement, we see a transition from memoranda and intentions to real steps. Behind each of them are investments in our economy. I want to thank Ukrainian business, which is becoming a reliable platform for attracting foreign funds, as well as foreign investors for their trust and desire to join the construction of a new Ukraine, said Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. “Cooperation with White Star Real Estate, a leading real estate developer and operator in Central and Eastern Europe, is an important step for us and a positive signal for the Ukrainian economy. This shows that even in times of war, international companies are ready to cooperate on projects that are crucial for the countrys development and work side by side with Ukrainian business. For us, transparency, accountability and long-term commitment are the fundamental principles of such cooperation. I would also like to thank the Government of Ukraine for their support,” said Ruslan Shostak, founder and co-owner of WINHUB. “We continue to strive to support the long-term recovery of Ukraine through projects that can provide a positive economic and social impact. Following the presentation of our project in Bucha during last year’s Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine in Rome, this partnership becomes another important step in our activities in the Ukrainian market. We believe that modern logistics infrastructure will play an important role in the recovery of the Ukrainian economy and its integration with European markets. This confidence lies at the heart of our partnership with WINHUB, a partner who shares our long-term vision for the development of Ukraine,” said Peter Huntley, CEO of White Star Real Estate. The implementation of agreements on the joint development of the logistics park and the implementation of relevant investments is envisaged after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals in accordance with applicable legislation. * * * Reference WINHUB is a Ukrainian developer of logistics parks.
