Web-course on Transport, Shipping and International Trade: “Doing business in different jurisdictions (Ukraine, Cyprus, Kazakhstan)”

19/ 05/ 2020
Business abroad is always a new challenge and opportunity for its owner. However, what are the features of doing business in Ukraine compared to alternative jurisdictions? These and many other questions were answered at the 14th English-language webinar on our Transport, Shipping and International Trade Web- Course. Speakers shared the most up-to-date information on doing business in legal systems of Ukraine, Cyprus and Kazakhstan, as well as their comparative characteristics in terms of key areas of activity, location, human resources and business climate. Moreover, special attention was paid to the step-by-step procedures for starting a business, the amount of capital required for its start-up, licensing, legal regulation and taxation of business in all three countries of registration. Thus, Cyprus is one of the most respectable and comfortable jurisdictions for registering and doing business abroad. Among its main advantages: a favorable tax system (the availability of preferential tax regimes); the ability to register a company as a value added tax payer in the EU; opportunity to strengthen business ties with European and other international partners, as well as to improve the companys image, etc. We thank the experts of the online meeting for a comprehensive approach to the analysis of jurisdictions! We hope the webinar was useful for you! See you at the next web-course webinars!
