EBA Odesa Brainstorm on Green Duck Cup “Design Thinking: How to Make Customers Happy?”

08/ 08/ 2019
World’s brands are already actively using the principles of design thinking to solve business problems. For this, you need to research and identify the problem, then focus on the “pain points”, generate ideas, choose the best, create a prototype and test it. We studied such techniques and other lifehacks together with 4Press and their business intelligence project GreenDuck at the second session of EBA Odesa Brainstorm. Andriy Salamatov and Katerina Vershinina emphasized (highlighted) features of  design-thinking. Such method of developing products and servicing is always client oriented, firstly it takes into account demand and only then technical realization and economic opportunity. Participants experienced the basic principles of design thinking: teamwork, optimism and integration thinking - the ability to see all the noticeable, contradictory aspects of the problem and create new solutions outside of the immediate alternative. The teams competed in creativity, which prompted them to more crazy ideas. Guests actively used their imagination, some did not even expect how they could easily abstract from formal conversations and dive into the stream of BrainStorm.
