Jurvneshservice was established in 1987, in the Soviet Union times, when the first “capitalist” laws allowing private
ownership and cooperatives were introduced. Jurvneshservice was officially registered with main specialization in advising in international trade. Its first clients were Ukrainian entrepreneurs, but later with the borders’ opening and the dissolution of the Soviet Union Jurvneshservice began to advise foreigners who sought to invest in the Ukrainian economy.
Nowadays Jurvneshservice main practices are aircraft finance, project finance, cross-border litigation, civil and commercial disputes, corporate disputes, international arbitration, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and foreign judgments, intellectual property, including franchising protection, debt recovery, unfair competition, bankruptcy, anti-corruption, criminal law, white collar crimes.
Some of Jurvneshservice partners and lawyers have academic degrees of Doctor of Laws and PhD in Private International Law.
