About the Programme

Mediation has been gradually developing in Ukraine for more than 20 years, and after the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Mediation”, more and more companies in Ukraine trust this optimal, people-oriented way of resolving conflicts and disputes. Mediation is a type of alternative dispute settlement with the involvement of a mediator, who helps the parties to the conflict to establish a communication process and analyze the conflict situation in such a way that they themselves can choose the solution option that would satisfy the interests and needs of all conflict participants. This approach is increasingly in demand in companies that have full-time mediators or employees whose functionality includes conflict resolution. Business mediation will save the company’s reputation, its funds, moral and psychological climate.
