Today, many professionals are faced not only with high workloads, but also with constant pressure of deadlines, non-stop communication, the need to make quick decisions, and at the same time combine professional and personal roles. Often we take on additional responsibilities, postpone recovery until later, respond to urgent requests faster than personal priorities, or continue to work at the limit of resources, not noticing the signals of overload. Personal boundaries are not about distancing. They are about the ability to consciously relate to one’s own capabilities and limitations, define the boundaries of responsibility, build clear agreements, and maintain healthy interactions with others. In fact, the skills listed above contribute to professional resilience, productive collaboration, and balance between different areas of life. EBA Management Development Centre together with 4ID, a provider of corporate psychology and well-being, invites you to participate in new Online-Development Program: Professional resilience and personal boundaries: tools for working without burnout. During the course, which will be conducted by psychologist Natalia Kovalenko, participants will explore their own interaction patterns, learn to better recognize situations of boundary violations and manage resources more effectively, as well as build more conscious and healthy relationships in work and personal life. Programme: Module 1.  Body sphere: personal boundaries and own resources – October 21 Why do some people maintain productivity and internal resilience even during periods of high workload, while others quickly become exhausted? In this module we will talk about personal boundaries as the basis of resourcefulness, self-regulation and burnout prevention. • What are personal boundaries and how do they affect our life, work and relationships? • The main types of boundaries and their role in supporting psychological well-being; • Signs of healthy, rigid and blurred boundaries; • Physical boundaries and self-sensitivity: how to recognize your own body signals, needs and boundaries; • How is boundary violation related to stress, chronic fatigue and burnout? • How to recognize your own overload signals and restore your resource state? • Practices for developing awareness and self-regulation skills. Module 2.  Sphere of activity: time, money and responsibility – October 28 How to protect your resources and remain effective without constant overload? • Time, agreements and money as key personal resources; • Personal responsibility and the limits of responsibility of other people; • Why is it difficult for us to refuse, delegate and revise agreements? • How to recognize situations of violation of time and material boundaries? • How to build healthy agreements and maintain a balance between help and self-preservation? • Practice assertive communication and confident refusal without guilt. Module 3.  The sphere of contacts: emotional and mental boundaries – November 04 How to maintain yourself in interaction with other people and not lose your own position? • Emotional and mental boundaries in professional and personal life; • The difference between empathy and excessive responsibility for others; • The influence of external assessments, expectations and social pressure on our decisions; • How to react to criticism, manipulation and unsolicited advice? • How to defend your opinion without conflict and internal tension? • Practice assertive behavior in difficult communications. Module 4.  The sphere of the future: values, priorities and life balance – November 11 How to build a life in accordance with your own goals, and not only external requirements and expectations? • Personal values ​​as an internal guide in decision-making; • Life role balance and prevention of chronic overload; • Work-Life Balance and Work-Life Integration in the modern world; • How to set priorities and not lose sight of the important among the urgent? • How to reconcile professional ambitions, personal needs and long-term goals? • Practice in forming your own system of boundaries and a plan for changes for the future.
