The ability to properly put a team together, delegate responsibilities, motivate employees, pursue an objective teamwise - is a real science. It is unlikely that someone becomes a leader from the very beginning, because leadership is not only charisma, but also knowledge plus practical experience. Thus, on July 12, 2017 at a meeting of the EBA Odesa Human Resources Committee we considered a topic “Manage your dream team”. Nadiya Savchenko, Founder of Key People Recruiting Agency, shared her experience and told how to avoid storm in the team, make people love a project, work with generation Y. We learned about synergy that transforms a group of people into a team, hard & soft skills influence into a good teamwork and how managers can use incentives and motivation to encourage employees. Participants also created their own Team Canvas and considered a leadership templet at different stages of team forming.
