How to assess your HR SSS (Soft Skills Set) and make a strategy of its development, in which case a set of HR tools does not work and what does HR-manager need today? Thus, on February 9, 2017, a regular meeting of the EBA Odesa HR Committee, dedicated to “Soft skills for HR managers” was held. Speaker was Iryna Chuniak, HR consultant and coach at Talent Solution.
During the meeting, participants discussed that HR managers have several groups of customers – both internal and external – including owners, top management, employees. For each of these groups exist their communication channels and different valuable suggestions. Speaker noted that not all services are equally important for the customer and while studying his personality it is important to pay attention to its functional, social, personal and additional tasks.
Also attendees considered business model template and did a practical task of identifying key partners, activities, resources, value proposition, relationships and channels of interaction with customers, shared their professional experiences and practical cases.
