  Any management system will operate with maximum efficiency only if it will include an active motivation system. Thus, On January 24, 2017 at a meeting of the EBA Odesa Human Resources Committee on a topic “Motivation. Psychological fuel for business” participants received distinct classification, thanks to which it became clearer what measures of influence a manager should apply to an employee and how to motivate. Speaker was Nataliya Yurhanova, HR Director at STALKANAT-SILUR, practical psychologist, business and career coach, primary and secondary vocational guidance consultant. During the meeting participants learned about psychological component of the motivation in the structure of human personality, motives map or famous “motivation” button, how to find the right balance between employees’ financial and non-financial recognition. The guests discussed the features of motivation system building in a company, Performance management and KPI, impact of goals, strategy and corporate culture on the employees’ motivation. Participants took practical advice and shared their experiences with each other. In the second part of the event participants unanimously elected by universal suffrage the Committee Chairman. Congratulations to Mrs. Yurhanova on the new position!
