Remote work has become a serious challenge for many companies. Thus, in the conditions of quarantine it was necessary to restructure the working processes in a new way completely. That is why, the purpose of the online meeting of the EBA Odesa HR HUB on June 17 was to discuss the prerequisites for maximum staff motivation. “However, some companies noted that one part of team members now don’t crave for return to the office and demonstrate excellent efficiency, working in their own homes,” – mentioned at the beginning of the meeting Kateryna Morozova, Head of the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office and moderator of the discussion.
