Kharkiv Legal Committee

The Committee was established in July 2017. Following a temporary suspension of its work in 2022 due to the full-scale military aggression against Ukraine, the Committee resumed its activities in June 2026.

The union of representatives from member companies aims to develop a legal position on current challenges facing business in Ukraine, particularly, particularly taking into account the frontline specifics of the Kharkiv region, security risks, relocation processes, mobilization-related issues, workforce shortages, infrastructure destruction, and the need for businesses to adapt to martial law conditions.

The Committee serves as a platform for professional dialogue between the business community, legal professionals and public authorities on the formation of a stable, predictable, and secure environment for the development of entrepreneurship in the region.
