Meeting of the LeaderMind Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office

24/ 06/ 2026
The LeaderMind Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association recently brought together business leaders for an open and meaningful discussion. It was a conversation free from clichés, motivational slogans, and the illusion of overnight success. Instead, it was an honest exchange of experience among executives who make decisions every day, lead teams, and take responsibility for results. 📌 We discussed the topics that truly drive leadership effectiveness: ✔️ how to build your own management system; 🎯 how to set meaningful goals and KPIs; 📅 how to plan your day, week, month, and year; ⚡ how to stay focused while balancing multiple priorities and constant change. One of the highlights was hearing different leadership perspectives from Mariyana Lutsyshyn, Taras Yurynets, Oleksii Ohurtsov, and Anton Podilchak. Although they represent different industries and professional backgrounds, they all share a systematic approach to leadership and a strong results-oriented mindset. The biggest takeaway from the meeting was simple: a great leader is not the one who works the hardest, but the one who builds a system that continues to work effectively even without their constant involvement. Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and all participants for the openness, practical insights, and meaningful dialogue. These are the kinds of conversations that strengthen the business community and inspire new ideas for growth.
