Changes in the Supervisory Board of BANK CREDIT DNIPRO

  Іn accordance with the Resolution of the Sole Shareholder, effective May 1, 2025, Klym Neretin was elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of JSC «BANK CREDIT DNIPRO» (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank). The National Bank of Ukraine approved his appointment to the Supervisory Board on April 11, 2025. Klym Neretin holds the status of Fellow of ACCA and has 20 years of professional experience in the financial, industrial, and energy sectors, 15 of which were in senior management positions at leading companies in Ukraine. Since 2017, Klym has held managerial positions in financial sector within enterprises of the DTEK Group. Additionally, he has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC IC INGO. As of May 01.05.2025 the Supervisory Board of Bank Credit Dnipro has 7 members: Chairman of the Supervisory Board: SAMARINA Anna (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank). Independent members:  ROMANOWSKI Piotr, Independent member of the Supervisory Board KLESOV Andriy, Independent member of the Supervisory Board SALVETTI Giovanni, Independent member of the Supervisory Board Dependent Members: NERETIN Klym, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) FOMENKO Andriy, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) BOLKHOVITINOV Oleksiy, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) Bank Credit Dnipro is among the TOP-20 financial institutions of Ukraine in terms of gross assets and, according to the classification of the National Bank of Ukraine, belongs to the group of banks with private capital. As of April 1, 2025, the Banks assets amounted to UAH 23,568 million, the customer funds portfolio reached UAH 20,557 million, and the regulatory capital stood at UAH 1,371 million.
