With the support of UKRSIBBANK, the “Dream Profession” project was implemented by the “Children of Heroes” Charitable Foundation

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group supported the Foundations initiative, during which children for four months attended more than 2,000 classes in Ukrainian and English languages, mathematics, programming, and gained access to one of the countrys online educational platforms. The Charity Fund Children of Heroes within the framework of the Dream Profession project provides comprehensive support to school-aged children who were left without a family or one of their parents due to the war. Thanks to the Fund they get an education, develop talents and skills that will help them master their favorite profession in the future. In addition to classes, 197 children gained access to the Preply online platform, where they were able to choose their own teachers for learning English. The story of the family of 14-year-old Dmytro from Bucha, the city which was occupie: The city was under shelling and it became dangerous to be there, so the family went to Romania. The father stayed at home and died soon after. When the family recovered from the loss, the issue of Dmytros online education had to be resolved. Thanks to the help of the Children of Heroes Foundation, the family received a modern laptop and access to lessons from the Just School school. On the platform, the boy attends online classes in mathematics and the Ukrainian language. This gave him the necessary motivation, and the young man was also able to correct the gaps in his studies at school. Since the beginning of the war, many children have been left without the support and warmth of their closest relatives - mom, dad or both parents. «The Children of Heroes” Foundation takes care of such children. We joined their Dream Profession initiative, because we are convinced that the educational process must continue and children need to study so that they can master their favorite profession in the future. Because of the war, many ofchildren that we help, do not consider education to be a priority in their lives. Someone has lost the desire to learn, and someone no longer has the opportunity to get an education.
