How to create a strong employer brand?

  Employer brand = (product, field of activity + voice of employees + marketing, PR) * consistency. By gathering all the components in the formula, we can create a really strong brand. Employee loyalty is an important part of creating an employer brand. Loyalty represents employees relationship with customers, colleagues, management and the product. Combining all the connections, employee will feel a sense of his belonging to the company. The conference participants also heard trends in HR, which still include an increase in the share of remote workers or hybrid teams, adaptation of work to individual requests, focus on improving employee productivity, more attention to skills than experience, company concern for the employee, transition to project teams, humanization of business. Сorporate culture and values are extremely important! The relations between employees, their attitude to customers,and to the product must resonate with them. These and other issues were discussed by invited experts at an HR conference which was held on October 21 with the support of partners Kredobank, Ankor Ukraine and Robota Yua.
