“Organizational Development Recipes for Civil Society Organizations” is a free online course on institutional strengthening and project management improvement designed to build the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs). By systematically improving internal processes, management approaches, and team performance, organizations can respond more effectively to challenges, deliver high-quality projects, and achieve sustainable long-term results. This course is designed to help civil society professionals better understand the principles of organizational development and learn how to apply them in practice.
