The times when the only aim of a company was earning money and making profit are passing by. More and more entrepreneurs reflect on their business philosophy. They define company’s mission and vision statement. However, functioning without values in business is like ultimate fighting: knowing where to go and why, and using any possible methods and tools. Exactly the values add comprehension to company owners and staff, push conscious business development.
The attendees found out about the basic and core values, that allow to differ from competitors, attract employees, clients and partners, holding the same views.
“Values are able to bring profit, boost sales and increase revenues. The way of broadcasting them is important. It is worth using all communication channels both audial and visual ones,” recommends Elizabeth Shilova.
