EBA Open Lecture in Kharkiv: System of Electronic Documents Exchange – from IT to Agro. Peculiarities of Usage

  In modern company management system, the electronic document flow (EDF) is a compulsory module because it helps to save time and much money, speeds up the documents’ signing and their returning from counteragents, makes the keeping of such docs much safer. Though, while everything is ready for online documents exchange many workers still spend their time on printing and clueing envelopes. At the EBA Open Lecture by the VCHASNO service expert we considered what prevents us from saving dozens of working hours, coupled with hundreds of thousands hryvnias using EDF. Maksym Kolomiets, the Head of the Dealers’ Sales Department of VCHASNO service, told about the advantages of EDF (particularly, cost effectiveness, security and environmental friendliness) and its implementation at the enterprise, namely what to start with, how to determine your needs and get the result in a prompt way. Later, the speaker turned theory to practice - he told how to make EDF work for the company’s needs relying on the VCHASNO clients’ experience, so the participants had an opportunity to get answers to their questions and useful pieces of advice from the expert.
