What we expect 

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above). A background in economics, law, environmental studies, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing official letters, requests, internal working documents, and other business correspondence.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment and government structure.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to process and evaluate large amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly, find compromises, and achieve effective solutions.

Key responsibilities 

  • Organizing and coordinating the activities of the Subcommittee and Committee in line with their priorities.
  • Preparing draft official letters, requests, position papers, and responses to state authorities.
  • Supporting the organization of Committee, Subcommittee, and working group meetings.
  • Maintaining regular communication with member companies, state authorities, and partners.
  • Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, analyzing legal acts and draft regulations.
  • Identifying regulatory challenges, collecting and analyzing relevant information from member companies, and supporting joint decision-making.
  • Participating in the development of proposals and amendments to existing and draft legislative acts.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Preparing analytical materials, presentations, and regular progress reports on activities and task implementation.
