UKRSIBBANK receives the Top Employer 2022 certification as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe

For the third year in a row, the Top Employers Institute as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe has awarded UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. UKRSIBBANK is the only bank in Ukraine that has received the certification as the best employer. In total, only six international companies operating in Ukraine have received Top Employer status this year. Other banks of the BNP Paribas group, to which UKRSIBBANK belongs, including Groups banks in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey, Spain and Ukraine received the top Employer 2022 award. For BNP Paribas, this is the ninth Top Employer certification (2014-2022). “The Top Employer Certificate has confirmed that our human resources practices and the maturity of HR processes meet the best European standards. Every year, new processes are added to the perimeter of the assessment, that reflect global trends in personnel management, and this encourages us to develop a good place to work at UKRSIBBANK. Moreover, participation in the certification process allows us to learn more about global innovations and initiatives in the culture of employer brand, and thus to strengthen our employer strategy, create excellent work conditions for our team and professional development opportunities for each employee”, - said Natalia Halunko, HR- Director of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. The international TOP Employer certification was launched in 1991 and it provides a single methodology for assessing employers worldwide. Certification has been conducted for 1857 organizations in 123 countries of the world. In total, these organizations employ more than 8 million people. The certification covered 20 key areas: strategy of talent management, human resources planning, program for new employees adaptation, training and development, respect for diversity and inclusion, etc., and included more than 600 indicators. The overall average score of UKRSIBBANK was 89.98% (89.05% last year) and BNP Paribas 90.58% * (89% last year). Receiving the Employer TOP certificate several times in a row proves that people are considered one of the main values of UKRSIBBANK. The status of Top Employer 2021 in Europe and Ukraine is an additional confirmation that we are developing in the right direction. This motivates us to continue to implement our HR strategy in a quality way, - has continued Natalia Halunko. - High score is also the result of extensive professional work of the banks HR team. Last year, we continued to pay close attention to individual and professional development of employees, implemented an inclusive program and focused on employees’ wellbeing and security.
