Ukrainian furniture for European laboratories: “Chemlaborreaktiv” has implemented a new project in Spain

The company “Chemlaborreaktiv” (HLR) continues to expand the boundaries of its activities. This time, laboratory furniture of its own production under the “Expert” brand name went to Spain to comprehensively equip a modern laboratory in the company specializing in clay mining. This partnership became another step in the international expansion of the Ukrainian manufacturer. From Ukraine to Spain: a new level of trust For more than two decades, HLR has been developing and manufacturing laboratory furniture in Ukraine. Today, Ukrainian quality is also gaining recognition in the European market. Furniture of “Chemlaborreaktiv” own production is becoming the part of new laboratory spaces in EU countries, where each detail is subject to high requirements for safety, functionality and durability. A partner who had been using “Expert” furniture in his Ukrainian laboratory for almost ten years turned to HLR with a new task – to equip a laboratory in Spain. Engineering solutions for real tasks For a two-storied laboratory room, the specialists of “Chemlaborreaktiv” developed a full-fledged individual solution. The furniture covered all key areas: Sample preparation rooms Rooms with electronic devices Weighing and gas zones Thermal department Household and office areas Each element of the project complies with European ergonomics and safety standards, and also takes into account the technological features of the laboratory process. In particular, a stainless steel laboratory sink with a sedimentation tank was installed to purify water from heavy fractions before discharging into the sewer. Special attention was paid to choosing materials – to manufacture the order, work surfaces made of porcelain stoneware and chemically resistant plastic were used, which withstand daily intensive loads and the influence of aggressive reagents. The company has been supplying furniture abroad for a long time, and among the implemented projects are pharmaceutical production in Spain and Lithuania, a large petrochemical laboratory in Georgia, as well as the supply of an acid-resistant fume hood to Moldova. And all these are projects for Ukrainian companies, which continue to cooperate with “Chemlaborreaktiv” as a trusted partner after entering the European market. Among the orders implemented abroad during the war is furniture for two production laboratories in Azerbaijan. Also, HLR started cooperating with a Lithuanian company that supplies laboratory furniture produced in Ukraine in Lithuania.
