Uklon Expands into the Fergana Valley, Launching in Five New Cities Across Uzbekistan

12/ 08/ 2026
Uklon has begun onboarding drivers in Fergana, Margilan, Kokand, Namangan, and Andijan. The launch will take place in stages: driver onboarding will be the first step, followed by the rollout of ride-hailing and delivery services for users. The Fergana Valley will become the first region of Uklon’s large-scale expansion in Uzbekistan beyond Tashkent. The service will gradually launch across five cities in the region. “Expanding into the Fergana Valley is an important part of Uklon’s international growth strategy,” said Serhii Hryshkov, CEO of Uklon. “Uzbekistan remains a strategic market for us, so moving beyond Tashkent into the Fergana Valley is a natural next step. By launching in five interconnected cities at once, we’re laying the foundation for sustainable long-term growth. Our goal is to bring the same reliable, high-quality mobility experience that users and driver-partners in Tashkent are already used to, to one of the country’s most dynamic regions.“ Why the Fergana Valley The Fergana Valley is one of Uzbekistan’s largest population and mobility hubs. Nearly 11 million people live in the Fergana, Andijan, and Namangan regions, representing about 29% of the country’s population.  This high population density is combined with significant passenger mobility. In 2025, road transport carried over 2 billion passengers across the three regions  — accounting for nearly one-third of all road passenger transportation in the country. How the Launch Will Work Driver Onboarding: Starting August 5, drivers can independently register and  join the platform via the Uklon Driver app. Passenger Fares: Users in Kokand and Namangan will have access to the Light and Comfort ride classes, while Light, Comfort, and Fast Search will be available in Andijan, Fergana, and Margilan. Users will also have access to Uklon’s 24/7 customer support service. Uklon in Uzbekistan Uklon has been operating in Uzbekistan since June 2023. In 2025, service users completed over 15 million trips. The company is focused on further scaling its operations and continues to explore new products, services, and geographic expansion opportunities, taking into account demand and mobility patterns across different regions of Uzbekistan. Today, Uklon’s team in Uzbekistan numbers around 90 people, of whom approximately 50 work in the support service across two areas — Driver Care and Customer Care. * * * About Uklon Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application.
