Organizing regular meetings and consultations with local and national authorities to swiftly resolve business concerns. (The Office maintains active participation in closed business meetings with Odesa and Kherson regional administrations.) Developing joint solutions for economic recovery in Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson.  Additionally, the Coordination Council elected its chairman for 2025—congratulations to Oleksandr Lazarev!
