EBA Workshop in Dnipro: Conflict Management

29/ 05/ 2018
How often do you have to deal with conflict situations and conflicts? How do you deal with them? What good can the CEO get from the conflict if using it in the correct way? Sometimes it seems to us that we are parties to the conflict, but in reality it is not; and often we ourselves provoke a conflict without realizing it. The EY Business Academy training was  dedicated to the conflict management  where the participants were set the following objectives: learn to analyze conflicts, learn to prevent it, constructively solve and effectively manage them during the conflict. During the session, participants pulled intensive formula of the conflict, have learned how to recognize, analyze, inventing its objects, causes and all participants understand the level at which it occurs and most importantly - pulled ways to prevent and build conflict resolution. The participants had learned and trained the competencies necessary for a focused non-emotional dialogue in a conflict situation, and solved several practical cases. The main mistakes in the analysis of the conflict and the behavior of its participants, as well as the practice of applying BOFF and SOR employees behavior correction models have been identified. There was a lot of theory, and even more of practice. In addition to a EY Business Academy certificate, all participants received valuable knowledge and practical tools, because the training was a success, positive and interactive.
