EBA Management Development Centre together with Petro Savych are happy to announce the Online-Development Programme on Digital Marketing Management for managers and professionals, that can help you to develop competencies in digital marketing and planning marketing strategies.    Target audience:  Business development managers  Directors on sales  Digital transformation managers   Brand managers  Department managers  Senior marketing managers  Programme consists of such blocks:  Strategic goal setting: Basis of strategies development, finance model, key KPI.  On this module we work on main principles of strategy making, goal setting from business to marketing and digital marketing, what planned figures should be put on before digital marketing so that they should be within financial figures of the company.   Participants create company marketing strategy and put on realistic KPI before their department that influences financial results of the company.   Audience and competitors: Methods of target audience analysis, competitors, UTP development.  On this module we will analyze the importance and set of instruments of permanent investigation of your target audience, principles of opponent analysis and how results of these investigations influence the positioning of the company in digital segment.   Participants will make deep analysis of your audience and opponents and identify benefits of your company that will be conveyed to the market with the help of digital instruments usage.    Instruments of digital marketing: Customer Journey Map usage, Digital infrastructure.  This module consider the set of digital marketing, make their strong and weak sides analysis and teach using the managing instruments Customer Journey Map. With the help of this instrument participants will choose and project using of digital marketing instruments for their target audience and market positioning.   Team and Agile management: Selection and team management of digital marketing.  In this module participants work on selection and managing team in digital marketing approaches. Participants will learn how to make choosing inhouse specialists and understand what agencies are better to cooperate within your strategy. As well as thet will understand how to put tasks correctly and control their going in agile and resultive way.   Format and duration:  8 modules for one month   Includes 4 theoretical lectures and 4 practical workshops   Programme is concentrated on practical usage of knowledge, with accents on real cases and tasks.
