EBA Management Development Centre together with the public speaking school “Eloquence Arena,” warmly invites you to a transformative Public Speaking Training. This training is designed to empower you with new communication skills, refine and build upon your existing abilities, and instill a heightened sense of confidence both in your professional pursuits and in your personal life.

Trainers:

• Vitalii Ruliov, sole Ukrainian Champion of Eastern Europe in public speaking (2022, 2021); prize-winner of the European Championships in public speaking (2020, 2019, 2018); multiple winner and prize-winner of national and international competitions in public speaking; 15 years of experience in speaking on various stages and conducting business training.
• Vira Olenieva, silver medalist of the Eastern Europe Public Speaking Championship (2020); quarterfinalist of the World Public Speaking Championship (2019); recipient of the awards “Distinguished Toastmaster” and “Triple Crown” for unique achievements in the art of public speaking; multiple winner and prize-winner of national and international public speaking competitions; 12 years of experience in speaking and conducting training sessions.

1. Overcoming the fear of public speaking and insecurity in interpersonal communication. Effective methods and techniques
2. Speech architecture. Establishing logic and coherence in information presentation for enhanced perception and understanding
3. Fundamentals of argumentation. Analyzing individuals’ values, assessing the audience, and tailoring arguments based on listeners’ perspectives.
4. Non-verbal communication in public speaking. Crafting the image of a confident speaker, scrutinizing body language for signs of insincerity, insecurity, and disagreement among listeners
5. Voice production. Cultivating speech purity and clarity, mastering intonation, and infusing emotional nuances into the voice as a persuasive tool.
6. Improvisation as the art of perpetual readiness for communication. Strategies for impromptu responses to any question.
7. Performance energy. Engaging and maintaining audience attention, persuasion through energetic delivery.
8. Dealing with a challenging audience. Techniques for responding to manipulative questions, managing interruptions, and rekindling audience attention.
