“A Woman who inspires”: OTP BANK joined a project for women servicemembers

04/ 05/ 2026
OTP BANK JSC has joined the large-scale social and motivational project “A Woman Who Inspires,” designed for women servicemembers of the National Guard of Ukraine. As part of the initiative, Bank employees will deliver a series of educational sessions focused on strengthening financial resilience, building confidence in personal financial management, and planning for the future. A comprehensive training program has been scheduled. OTP BANK joined the project through its charitable initiative, OTP Bank Helps Ukraine, in partnership with the NGO “Development Platform.” The National Guard of Ukraine acts as the strategic partner of the initiative. The official launch of the “A Woman Who Inspires” project recently took place at the NGU cultural and artistic hub, Sound Recovery. The event brought together women leading military units, as well as Oleksandra Davydenko, the first woman in the National Guard of Ukraine to be awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. The opening ceremony was also attended by representatives of the expert community as well as socially responsible businesses. In particular, team leader of the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine charitable project and Director of Retail Sales and Network Management Department at OTP BANK Lesia Syrota was presented with a letter of appreciation for OTP BANK’s participation in the initiative, signed by the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. “Supporting women servicemembers is about equal opportunities and the strength of the country. They stand shoulder to shoulder with men in defending Ukraine and operate in challenging conditions every day. Our task is to equip them with tools for restoring their inner resources, strengthening financial resilience, and building confidence in their future,” said Lesia Syrota. “This is not theory — it is about practical solutions that help manage income, plan life, and build a solid financial foundation,” she emphasized.
