Results of the EBA Odesa HR HUB

  On February 23, during the meeting of the EBA Odesa HR HUB, we got acquainted with the key trends of the labor market of Ukraine for 2023. Maryna Stiahailo, HR Projects Officer Oxford University revealed the following issues: Total well-being, workforce ecosystem management, remote and hybrid work strategies, CHRO, Purpose-driven organizations, employee life cycle, as well as automation of HR processes. So, despite the fact that the outflow of personnel abroad has become almost the main challenge for Ukrainian business, it was very interesting to find out what HR specialists will focus on this year in order to solve their tasks. As we can see, from the point of view of employees, in todays conditions, the feeling of a strong shoulder, comfortable working conditions and the ability to hear their requests are an important factor that affects the choice of a particular place of work. In turn, HR managers must face certain strategic tasks that will help not only to take care of their employees, but also to restore the labor market, as well as to keep up with the times and implement the necessary industry changes.
