PepsiCo Ukraine recognized as one of the best employers

  For the third year running, PepsiCo Ukraine has been awarded a certificate by TOP Employers Institute, the leading international institute that conducts audits of employers labor conditions. The institutes certificate confirms that PepsiCo Ukraine is ranked among employers ensuring the best conditions for the work, development and capacity building of employees.   Certified TOP-Employer organizations allocate a significant share of their resources towards creating a great working environment through progressive “people first” HR practices.  To be certificated by TOP Employers Institute, the company successfully passed a survey of the company’s current HR practices. The survey included more than 600 questions within the framework of implementation contemporary HR practices and identified the development level of the following key HR areas in PepsiCo: talent development strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development for new employees, performance management, leadership development, career and success management, allowance and benefits, company culture. The company received high scores as a result of the survey. In particular, the following projects introduced at PepsiCo made the biggest contribution to the overall high score earned by the company: the “PepsiCo Go” student internship program, onboarding for new employees program and the “Mentoring” program, social and charity initiatives involving PepsiCo volunteers “Lets do it together”, “Green wave”, “Family days”, “Knowledge days at PepsiCo” training projects, and the FlexiCo initiative within the auspices of the life-work-balance approach, which enables employees to freely choose the hours and location of their work, and more. “Thanks alone to our strong and motivated team, we can daily create millions of smiles for our consumers with every sip and every bite. It is for this purpose that we design an environment that is comfortable for work and enlist the best personnel.
