Investment Opportunity: Open Sale of the Gulliver Multifunctional Retail and Office Complex

  Oschadbank and Ukreximbank will offer the Gulliver complex for sale through an open competitive process.  The decision to proceed with the sale was approved by the supervisory boards of both state-owned banks in late July 2026. The auction lot is expected to be published in early September 2026, with a starting price of USD 207 million. Key asset highlights: total area of more than 150,000 sq m; prime location in central Kyiv, close to three metro stations; modern mixed-use format combining retail, entertainment, and office facilities; daily passenger flow through the nearby metro stations exceeding 150,000 people; established portfolio of Ukrainian and international tenants; excellent transport accessibility; significant potential for further development.
