– Vitaliy Kozachenko, Managing Partner of Fortior, is admitted to practice in New York and England & Wales, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a supporting member of the LMAA (London Maritime Arbitrators Association).
– Ivan Lishchyna, a cross-border commercial litigation and human rights specialist. Ivan served as Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine, running complex international disputes on behalf of the state / state entities, as well as serving as Ukraine’s representative at the European Court of Human Rights.
– Pavlo Moroz, one of the top specialists in Ukraine in cross-border M&A, corporate, tax and customs law. Pavlo also served as Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine in charge of corporate registration and de-centralisation.
