Why invest in the Western region

Why not? Today there are already Denmark, England, Germany, Poland, Austria, Holland, Spain, the United States of America, even Japan, who took a chance and found a place under our western sun. The main thing - the possibilities have not yet been exhausted. Ask the investor what attracts him? Communicating with already existing businessmen has repeatedly confirmed their judgments: the investor seeks to increase his capital and optimize his own expenses. The West region today can offer the investor wide potential of unfilled niches in various fields: construction, agriculture, innovation, information technology, production, alternative energy, services, trade, tourism, etc. The proximity to the European Union borders allows investors to find optimal logistics solutions for the distribution of their own goods / services on the territory of Ukraine. People living in the western region are extremely experienced. Almost every second speaks even one foreign language. Usually a student who has completed a higher education institution is a broad-profile specialist and can do any work. You can not agree with me, but I think this is a very valuable skill in the modern world of constant change. The hospitality and openness of the West sometimes even impressive. I remember how we took completely free football fans during the Euro 2012 in our homes, because the hotels were medium-sized, overcrowded, and the top-notch ones were out of their reach. This fact opened Ukraine to the world on the other side. The business environment is extremely colorful and versatile. This is evidenced by the presence of a number of representative offices of international business organizations, associate business structures, and simply companies that unite to defend their own interests, learning, sharing experience and networking. Business has begun to create its own educational institutions, inviting practitioners from around the world to learn more, and this indicates a desire to grow and develop. And finally, I want to focus on the authorities. Regional, district, local administrations are unprecedentedly open to investors. This is almost a trend on their part. Always open to cooperation, ready to negotiate, and if there is a problem - they are trying to find a compromise within their competencies. Every town in the western region is extremely interesting and rich in legends and traditions that have survived to this day. Take my Lviv city as an example. It is crowded with tourists and sometimes there is no place for Lviv residents, but the Lviv wounds are fabulous. About an hour about the seventh city is just waking up, the tourists are already tired of the holidays, returning home, and the residents of Lviv are going to work. There are places where you can drink fragrant coffee and snack French croissant. Of course, not all is so rosy, there are challenges and risks. The issue of corruption, the frequent changes in the current legislation, the slow implementation of judicial, administrative and other reforms do not create a positive image either for Ukraine or for the western region. Exit is! The presence of successful projects such as IT Cluster, Tourist Cluster or a large number of different business associations, pro-European businessmen gives hope for that better Europe already here and now. These good practices can be used by anyone and anywhere, its important to find a common language. And we can, the main thing - to want.
