06/ 05/ 2025
INTEGRITES has acted as legal counsel to one of the largest Turkish manufacturers in the heating and sanitary equipment sector (HVAC), Elba Basincli Dokum San. A.S., and its trading company Eleks Dış Ticaret A.Ş., both members of the Elginkan Group, in the antidumping investigation related to imports into Ukraine of radiators for heating originating from the Republic of Turkey and the Peoples Republic of China. INTEGRITES has supported the clients throughout the entire process of the antidumping investigation, including advising on all aspects of the procedure and filling in questionnaires, drafting comments, position papers, developing arguments and counterarguments to the complainants position, as well as representing the clients at hearings. The defence strategy was aimed at counteracting or minimising the restrictive measures and postponing their application so that the firms clients could continue to fulfil their contractual obligations to consumers in Ukraine without paying additional antidumping duties. The team involved in the project included Counsel on trade investigations Yevgen Ivanets and Paralegal Yana Rak.  The International Trade practice of INTEGRITES is recognised in Tier 2 in Ukraine by The Legal500 2025, one of the most reputable international legal directories. The team advises both Ukrainian and international companies from various industries on the initiation of and defense in trade investigations.
