Chemlaborreaktiv at the “Teachers of the Future” festival: supporting education as an investment in the future

26/ 06/ 2026
Chemlaborreaktiv LLC (HLR), a member of the European Business Association, took part in the «Teachers of the Future 2026” festival, which took place in Lviv on June 18–19 and became one of the largest educational events of the year in Ukraine. Participation in the festival for HLR is a logical continuation of the company’s systematic work to support Ukrainian education, develop a modern educational environment and implement solutions for natural science education. Since 2018, the “Teachers of the Future” festival has been a platform for teachers, heads of educational institutions, representatives of state institutions, educational experts, the public sector and socially responsible businesses to meet and exchange experience, knowledge and ideas. This years topic – “The Art of Creating the Future” – quite accurately reflects the demand of Ukrainian society: despite all the challenges, education remains one of the key tools for the country’s recovery, the formation of human capital and the creation of opportunities for the new generation. Supporting education as a part of responsible business That is why for Chemlaborreaktiv LLC the support of educational initiatives is not a situational activity, but a consistent part of corporate responsibility. The company has been working with educational institutions throughout Ukraine for many years, helping to create modern spaces for the study of chemistry, biology, physics and other natural sciences. This involves the comprehensive equipment of classrooms and laboratories – from specialized furniture of its own production under the TM “Expert”, laboratory glassware and reagents to educational equipment, demonstration materials and ready-made solutions for natural sciences classes. Participation in the “Teachers of the Future” festival became the opportunity to present this experience to the wider educational community and to emphasize once again: quality education is impossible without a proper environment in which a child can study theory, as well as ask questions, research, experiment, test hypotheses and gain practical experience in interacting with science. «For us, participation in “Teachers of the Future” is, first of all, the opportunity to participate in collective work on what the Ukrainian school of tomorrow will be like. We are convinced that modern education begins with an environment – safe, functional, well-equipped, one that gives the teacher tools and the child space for learning», – notes Tetyana Ryzhenko, head of the “Education” industry group of the Chemlaborreaktiv LLC. Modern educational space for the natural sciences A particular section of the company’s participation in the festival was the speech of Iryna Zakharchenko, Deputy Director of the HLR Agro-Industrial Business, with a report “Modern educational space for natural sciences lessons”. The focus of her speech was on practical approaches to creating a learning environment in which natural sciences are no longer purely theoretical subjects and become a tool for exploring the world. «When we talk about modern natural sciences education, it is not only about equipment or renovation of the classroom. We are talking about the opportunity for a child to learn through experience – experiment, observation, practical work. And for a teacher it is an opportunity to teach qualitatively, safely and excitingly. Having my own experience working in school, I understand very well how important it is for teachers to have real tools for that», – emphasizes Iryna Zakharchenko. Dialogue with educators and collective work for the future During the festival, the Chemlaborreaktiv team communicated with teachers, school principals, community representatives and educational administrators from different regions of Ukraine. Visitors to the stand were interested in the possibilities of equipping chemistry, biology, physics, STEM-spaces, as well as the selection of solutions for practical classes, laboratory work and updating the material and technical base of educational institutions. This dialogue once again confirmed: Ukrainian educators clearly understand the importance of a high-quality educational environment and strive to give children not formal knowledge, but modern, meaningful and practical learning experience. For HLR, such interaction is no less valuable than the opportunity to present its own products or projects. It allows us to better hear the needs of the educational community, form solutions in accordance with the real challenges of schools and, most importantly, remain a participant in a broader process – the creation of modern education for Ukrainian children. The Chemlaborreaktiv’s participation in the “Teachers of the Future 2026” festival once again confirmed that responsible business can and should be a partner in educational changes. Supporting schools, developing natural science education, helping to create modern learning spaces is a contribution not only to individual educational institutions, but also to the future of the country in general. After all, it is in school that the generation which will live, work, and rebuild Ukraine is formed.
