  Leadership Development Programme. Date: 05 March2019. Time: 16:00 20:00. Place: EBA office (1-A, Andriivskyi uzviz). What does it take to be a successful leader? Are leaders born or can you develop leadership? Do leaders have to be strong and heroic or do different situations call for different type of behavior and personality? How effective is the leadership function and leadership development in your organization? What skills do you have and what skills do you need to acquire to become a better leader yourself?  These and other questions are addressed by the Leadership Development Programme, founded in 2012. WHAT’S NEW IN A NEW SEASON Enhanced content More practical exercises; cases & small group tasks to build your leadership competencies More opportunities to address participants questions & situation in each session During the modules you will have the opportunity to explore the leadership phenomenon and improve the competencies necessary for effective leadership in modern organizations. Each module will include practical exercises, discussions and assignments to connect material studied to real life practice of participants. Having successfully finished the Development Programme, the participants will receive the certificates of completion. DURING THE MODULES YOU WILL Learn about leadership traits, behaviours and skills related to effective leadership in organizations and apply this knowledge to your current work context Reflect upon your own experience of leading self, leading others and being led Create action plans to develop yourself as a leader and contribute to the development of leadership in your organization TARGET AUDIENCE Middle & senior managers of the companies Specialists, who wish to develop their leadership skills FORMAT: 8 study sessions x 4 hrs plus 1 bonus closing session x 2 hrs Each session includes structured material, homework review, individual and group exercises (case studies, small group or individual practical tasks to apply learned material to participants’ realities) REQUIREMNETS FOR COMPLETION: Attendance and participation in minimum of 6 out 8 study sessions Home tasks completion (reported in the beginning of each class) Multiple-choice test (based on slides, home assignments and class discussions) – minimum 50% Individual presentation (oral, 3-5 minutes) delivered in the end of the course SYLLABUS: MODULE 1.
