In today’ s world everything is changing so quickly that sometimes it becomes increasingly difficult to manage one’s own emotions, adapt to new realities, and realize set goals and desires. So, to effectively cope with the modern challenges, maintain calm and balance, continue to work efficiently and successfully build a career, it is necessary to develop and improve soft skills. Soft skills – are universal non-professional qualities that depend on the personal peculiarities and are acquired with personal experience. These are super-professional qualities that help you interact with others regardless of the field or activity, solve tasks of daily living, build your own reputation, and do your job better. According to research by a group of scientists from Harvard, Stanford and the Carnegie Foundation, it is sift skills that give 85% of success in the profession, and only 15% are hard skills. EBA Management Development Centre invites you to take part in the absolutely new Online-Development Programme on Soft Skills: How to Develop and Improve, as a result of which each participant will: Know about the key tools and components of the most demanded Soft Skills. Learn to build a dialogue correctly, negotiate with others, argue, and oppose manipulation. Will be able to better manage their emotions, defend personal boundaries and work effectively with stress and anxiety. Learn and improve non-violent communication Receive the most up-to-date tools and techniques of time management and maintaining work capacity. Get acquainted with the main components of critical thinking, the principles of information hygiene in the modern space. The matrix of rational and emotional influence. 2 basic influence strategies: through rational persuasion and through assertive affiliation.
