EBA Lviv HR Committee meeting, 17th of May, 2021

Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to the HR Committee online meeting on Tools of influence in companies and corporations.

At the meeting, we will talk about how to be convincing and effectively implement your ideas in large matrix organizations.

Together, we will discuss some of the mechanics and skills that can raise the level of persuasiveness and comprehensibility of your presentation, Also we will talk about the importance of understanding the interlocutor’s strategy and different levels of argumentation in communication.

Volodymyr Butovych, trainer and business consultant, a professional with 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management of complex matrix organizations will share the secrets of persuasiveness. Volodymyr has worked for such large international companies as Procter & Gamble and Colgate-Palmolive and has extensive experience in Ukraine, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

The Committee meeting will be held on Monday, 17^th of May, 2021, at 17:30.
