Digitalization in HR: trends, instruments, solutions

We talked about all this and even more at the meeting of the HR Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of the Association which took place on April 8, 2021. Invited expert - Dmitry Kozlov, HR Forum Association Executive Director, told us about the importance and expediency of digitalization in the field of HR. In particular, the participants of the discussion drew attention to the following main points: The expediency of using systems and solutions in specific companies should be in the first place; HR digitalization can be introduced at each stage of the employees life cycle: from recruitment to dismissal; Chatbot is one of the real and very affordable prospects in HR, which can be used everywhere; Management documents with the smartphone will simplify the process of personnel records for the employee and the HR specialist; JobTrakers is an interesting novelty that can increase staff productivity up to 35% and ensure effective management decisions.
