EBA HR Committee in Kharkiv: Employer VS Employee – Expectations and Reality. Results of Randstad Employer Brand Research 2019

  The labor market is in constant fluctuation. 6,8 million of Ukrainians left the country since 2001. Each year, 200 000 working age people immigrate. However, new labor generations enter the labor market and bring in their values and expectations. Business owners are faced with the challenges of globalization, competition and constant business and social changes. At the same time, they have to show their financial stability and propose growth opportunities to attract talented staff. So, the importance of HR branding is growing nowadays. Juriy Perch and Andrey Danilyuk presented the results of the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2019. This global research covers 32 countries and 75 % of the world economy. For the first time, Ukraine became the part of the research and the participants had an opportunity to compare the answers of the Europeans and Ukrainians regarding employer brand attractiveness, key factor for choosing the job and leaving the company.
