EBA HR Hub Kharkiv: KPI vs OKR

31/ 10/ 2019
KPI is a quantifiable measure used to evaluate the successful performance of an organization in meeting its objectives. OKRs are specific measures used to track the achievement of goals through concrete, specific and measurable actions. On October 31 Elizabeth Shilova and Anna Rudenko, Business Coaches of Dr. Shilova for Business Consulting Company, shared with the participants these two concepts: KPI and OKR. “KPIs and OKRs complement each other and it is worth to develop them both. It is beneficial to involve employees in the development process of these systems. Although it takes time, it would be clearer to the staff and won’t provoke resistance”, suggests Elizabeth Shilova. Many thanks to the speakers for the valuable content!
