Dentons advises Ciklum on acquisition of software developer CN Group

  Prague / Kyiv, September 1, 2021 – Global law firm Dentons advised Ciklum, a global product engineering and digital services company, on its acquisition of CN Group, a Czech-based software development firm, from Genesis Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The parties have agreed not to disclose the deal value. CN Group is a leader in nearshore agile software development with professional engineering teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, and five nearshore delivery locations in central Europe. It focuses on software engineering, IT consulting and mechanical design engineering, serving customers across more than seven markets. Ciklum is a global player that works with leading brands across 30+ countries.  Through this acquisition, the combined company will become one of the largest digital transformation providers in the CEE region.
