11/ 08/ 2017
EBA business community met with Yuriy Terentyev, Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, to discuss the administrative reform that can be expected in the near future. Such a reform involves reformatting the work of the existing 25 territorial divisions in 7 clusters, which should contribute to improving the efficiency of the AMCU. As a result of the reform it is planned to ensure full independence in the work of territorial units; systematize communication with business; optimize the number of administrative staff and improve material and technical support; integrate IT systems and implement a corporate document management system in order to minimize the possibility of pressure on business. The AMCU expects that due to such changes it will be possible to carry out significant personnel upgrades and increase the motivation and competence of the employees, to ensure optimization of the main processes, to increase the efficiency of coordination and control of the work of the territorial offices, which in general should positively affect the performance of the AMCU. Companies had the opportunity to discuss the proposed innovations directly with the AMCU leadership and express their point of view. The colleagues from the regional EBA offices also had the opportunity to take part in the meeting online and join the discussion. We thank everyone who has joined the meeting and, in particular, Mr. Terentyev for attention to business opinion!
