  The delegation skill is a key factor in the success of every manager. In the absence of this skill, the manager will be under the necessity of doing everything by himself, and with a proper delegation this potential is almost unlimited with. In order to learn how to use such management tool as delegation efficiently, EBA Odesa offered its member companies to play the business game Delegation Poker. A moderator was Nadia Savchenko, Founder of Recruiting Agency “Key People”. At the beginning of the meeting Ms. Savchenko told about the game rules, proposed by Jurgen Appelo, Author of Management 3.0. The concept allows to make a transition from one pole I solve all the issues by myself to the opposite, all the issues are solved by others in a simple, understandable and painless way for both parties. Further the players had a deal with different management cases, taken from real business practices of each other. During the game participants had an opportunity to hear the opinion colleagues who have managerial experience, express different points of view on the same situation and share their own practice.
